Corey Wageman

Mr. Wageman has been a proactive problem solver since 2012 in the construction industry. He shifted his focus to structural design in 2016, honing-in his expertise on wood and steel framing, CMU walls and reinforced concrete. Corey has extensive building design experience with residential, multi-use buildings, interior commercial, schools and hospitals. This has naturally led Corey to become excellent at forensic investigations and structural observations.

Corey also possesses expertise in the structural engineering as it pertains to multi-story buildings. He also offers a myriad of structural consulting, including observations and evaluations reports.
