Blackstone proudly completed this large hospitality project, which consisted of interior and exterior upgrades and repairs. Water damage was present throughout the building, while keeping the hotel functional, we installed all new windows, and SASM damns for the windows, assisted in drywall repairs etc. We continued by carrying out all framing repair, and plaster/lath applications. As expert construction project managers we coordinated and collaborated with key firms ensuring the project was completed on time and within budget.
The Holiday Inn Express experienced a complete corporate makeover to bring it up to date with the new franchise requirements. From the carpet and wallpaper, to the windows and fixtures, Blackstone proudly brought the Holiday Inn Express up to corporate standard through extensive renovations and updates all while allowing the hotel to stay open to generate revenue.
In addition to the room and common area updates, the Holiday Inn Express was updated in the bathrooms, including a new tub/shower surround, vanity and plumbing fixtures. At every turn the Blackstone team employed their high quality standards and attention to detail ensuring that current and future guests are met with nothing but the best.
This hotel required extensive exterior work, all to be performed by the Blackstone team. Working with the hotel to stay on schedule, without impeding their ability to service current guests, we worked tirelessly to provide top-quality stucco and new windows around the building. To ensure these quality updates will serve The Holiday Inn Express for years to come we performed water testing etc. for efficiency as well as installed an all new PTAC system.
