A perfect project for Blackstone’s waterproofing division. An HOA development needed help with aging siding and failed waterproofing. Blackstone came to the rescue by removing old material and water damaged areas and replacing siding with state-of-the art materials & building techniques. Blackstone also updated doors, windows, balconies, and decks for many of the residents, bringing life back to this entire complex.

A perfect project for Blackstone’s waterproofing division

An HOA development needed help with aging siding and failed waterproofing. A previous contractor started the work, but could not complete the project. With 42 buildings and 161 homeowners, they were not up to the challenge. The HOA contacted Blackstone.
